Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Immedia (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of live, bespoke Radio Stations and Digital Signage for retail, announces that Mr Trevor Brookes, Chief Executive purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 9.3p per share on 29 September 2009.
Following this purchase, Mr Brookes is interested in 2,309,700 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 15.87 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
