Immedia Broadcasting plc28 September 2007 28 September 2007 IMMEDIA BROADCASTING PLC ("Immedia" or "the Company") New Contract Signed with SPAR Immedia Broadcasting PLC, the UK's leading provider of live, tailored radiostations is delighted to announce that it has signed a new subscription contractwith SPAR UK to provide SPAR Live! for another 3 years. Immedia has provided 1,500 SPAR stores with a full-service radio station sinceJune 2004, initially under its "free to retail" model. Under the new contract,Immedia will broadcast live, in-store radio to the 1,500 SPAR stores alreadyreceiving the service, on a paid-for, monthly subscription basis per store. TheCompany also has the opportunity to extend the SPAR Live! service to anadditional 1,000 stores across the UK upon further subscription. SPAR Live! is an interactive, real-time radio station for SPAR's customers andstaff, and provides a range of initiatives, details of customer offers andpromotions as well as employee communications. It also provides Sky News,weather and other relevant features to convenience store shoppers, 24 hours aday.
