Board Change
Immedia Group PLC (AIM: IME), a supplier of digital audio content solutions for leading brands and global businesses, announces that Charles Barker-Benfield has notified the Company that he intends to retire from the Board on 24 August 2016.

To ensure continuity, the Board is retaining his services to provide company secretarial and regulatory support for the Company, through Morchard Bishop & Co, on a part time consultancy basis, for an initial 12 month contract from the date of his retirement.

The Board is reviewing the finance function and will make appropriate appointments in due course. In addition, the Board is in the process of recruiting an independent Non-executive director who will chair the Audit Committee. A further announcement regarding this appointment will be made in due course.
