BOARD APPOINTMENT

The Board of Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME), the UK's leading provider of in-store radio, music and video, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Steven Loftus to the Board as Chief Operating Officer, with immediate effect.

Geoff Howard-Spink, Chairman, commenting on Mr Loftus's appointment said:

"As a member of the executive management group Steve has led the growth of Immedia's operations and maintenance revenues and this appointment acknowledges his contribution to the business. We are delighted to welcome him to the Board."

Pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, the following information in relation to the appointment of Mr Loftus to the Board is disclosed and is subject to the completion of outstanding background checks.

Mr Loftus has not held any directorships within the disclosure period.

Mr Loftus was a director of Electric Vehicle Distribution International Limited at the time Close Invoice Finance Limited appointed Administrative Receivers on 26 March 2001. The company was subsequently dissolved on 13 January 2004.

Mr Loftus has a total beneficial interest in 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in Immedia Group Plc, representing approximately 0.27 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
