Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that on 28 March 2024 it purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to its GBP 1.1 billion share repurchase programme, details of which were announced on 05 October 2023.

Description of shares: Imperial Brands PLC - ordinary shares of 10 pence

Number of shares repurchased: 170,000

Date of transaction: 28 March 2024

Average price paid per share: GBp 1,768.221000

Lowest price paid per share: GBp 1,761.500000

Highest price paid per share: GBp 1,776.500000

Broker: Barclays Capital Securities Limited ("Barclays")

The Company intends to cancel these Shares.

All shares were purchased from Barclays as an on exchange transaction subject to the rules of the London Stock Exchange.

Following the purchase and subsequent settlement and cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 866,879,202 (excluding treasury shares).

The figure of 866,879,202 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
