In compliance with UKLR 6.4.9R of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules, Imperial Brands PLC (the "Company") announces that Thérèse Esperdy, Chair of the Company, is to be appointed as an independent non-executive director and senior independent director designate of Smith & Nephew plc, a portfolio medical technology business focused on the repair, regeneration and replacement of soft and hard tissue, with effect from 1 December 2025.

There have been no other relevant changes to the information set out in UKLR 6.4.8R (2) to UKLR 6.4.8R (6).
