Ilika (AIM: IKA), a pioneer in solid-state battery technology, will be hosting a live online presentation, delivered by Graeme Purdy, CEO and Steve Boydell, FD, to expand on its growth strategy and prospects post the recently announced oversubscribed £15m fundraising. The presentation will be open to all investors and will be held on Thursday 16 April at 4.30pm.

The Company is committed to providing an opportunity for all existing and potential investors to hear directly from management on its intended use of the proceeds whilst additionally providing an update on the business and current trading.

The presentation will be hosted through the digital platform Investor Meet Company. Investors can sign up to Investor Meet Company for free and add to meet Ilika plc via the following link: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/register. For those investors who have already registered and added to meet the Company, they will automatically be invited.

Questions can be submitted pre-event to ilika@walbrookpr.com or in real time during the presentation, via the "Ask a Question" function. Whilst the Company will not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will address the most prominent within the confines of information already disclosed to the market through regulatory notifications. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform.
