Infrastructure India, the investment company focusing on Indian infrastructure assets, notes the announcement made by Advance UK Trust PLC ("Advance UK") on 16 December 2009 to seek to call an extraordinary general meeting of the Company.
Infrastructure India regrets that Advance UK has not sought a dialogue with the board of the Company prior to making its announcement.
Infrastructure India will make a further announcement in due course.
