Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that it has been notified that Sonny Lulla, the Company's Chief Executive, has today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.0 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result, Mr. Lulla is now beneficially interested in a total of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
