Infrastructure India plc, an AIM quoted infrastructure fund investing directly into assets in India, announces that it was notified yesterday that on that day Sonny Lulla, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 17 pence per ordinary share.
As a result, Mr Lulla is now interested in 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
