Timetable for half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2012

The Meeting of the Committee of the Board of 3i Group plc at which the half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2012 and the interim dividend are due to be approved has been convened for the afternoon of Wednesday 14 November 2012 (after 5.30pm).

The half-year results will be released by notification to the London Stock Exchange before 8.00am on Thursday 15 November 2012.

The expected financial calendar is then as follows:

Interim dividend record date: 14 December 2012

Interim dividend payment date: 9 January 2013
