Timetable for half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2011

The Meeting of the Committee of the Board of 3i Group plc at which the half-year results for the six months to 30 September 2011 and the interim dividend are due to be approved has been convened for the afternoon of Wednesday 9 November 2011 (after 5.30pm).

The half-year results will be released by notification to the London Stock Exchange before 8.00am on Thursday 10 November 2011.

The expected financial calendar is then as follows:

Interim dividend record date: 9 December 2011

Interim dividend payment date: 11 January 2012.
