On 8 June 2021, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified of the following.

On 7 June 2021 Phil White, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") acquired for nil cost 67,074 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the release of a share award under the 3i Special Share Award Plan and sold these Shares on the same date at a price of £12.5275 per share

On 7 June 2021 Kevin Dunn, a PDMR, acquired for nil cost 12,882 Shares on the release of a share award under the 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan and sold these Shares on the same date at a price of £12.5275 per share.

The place of these transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
