IntegraFin Holdings plc (the "Company")
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
This announcement replaces the Director/PDMR Shareholding notification which was announced on 24 February 2020 at 16:39, as the notification contained an incorrect price in the Notification of Dealing Form for Jonathan Gunby.
The Company announces that it was notified on 24 February 2020 that the trustee of the Company's Share Incentive Plan allocated ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") as set out below:
