Appointment date of Chair
IntegraFin Holdings plc ("IntegraFin" or the "Company") announces that, following the appointment of Richard Cranfield as a non-executive Director and Chair-elect on 26 June 2019, Richard will assume the position of Chair with effect from 01 October 2019. Richard takes over the Chair from Christopher Munro who has undertaken the role on an interim basis since 22 August 2018.
Christopher will remain as a non-executive Director.
Richard is, and will continue to be, a partner in law firm Allen & Overy LLP.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
