POSTING OF CIRCULAR
The Company has today posted a circular to shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting for the purposes of considering and, if thought fit approving the proposed cancellation of the Company's admission to AIM as announced on 18 January 2012.
The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held at 9.00 a.m., New York time, on 5 March 2012, at Le Parker Meridien, 119 West 56th Street, New York, NY 10019. Subject to approval of the Resolution by the requisite majority, it is anticipated that trading of the Shares on AIM will cease at the close of business on 12 March 2012 with the Delisting taking effect at 7.00 a.m. on 13 March 2012.
