Enhanced buyback facility (EBF)

13 December 2012

The Board of The Income & Growth VCT plc is pleased to announce that theCompany intends to offer to shareholders the opportunity to participate in anEBF in 2013. The Scheme will provide shareholders with the opportunity to sellsome or all of their shares in the VCT back to the Company and re-invest theproceeds in new shares in the Company.

Full terms of the EBF are expected to be provided to shareholders in the firstquarter 2013, at which point a further announcement will be made.
