TriVest VCT PLC27 January 2006 The following announcement which was released yesterday under RNS number 5171Xshowed an incorrect figure for the number of ordinary shares of 1p each retainedin issue. The figure should have read 39,757,413 and not 40,157,413 as wasstated. An amended version of the announcement is below.
