Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the offers for subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £58 million (Offers).

The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of The Income & Growth VCT plc's annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2019 (2019 I&G Accounts), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2019 I&G Accounts have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
