Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 23 March 2015 it allotted and issued 393,787 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 95.75 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around Friday, 27 March 2015.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 70,532,856 Ordinary Shares.
