Dividend Declaration

The Board of The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 3.00 pence per ordinary share, in respect of the year ending 30 September 2024. The dividend will be paid on 7 June 2024 to Shareholders on the Register on 17 May 2024. The ex-div date is 16 May 2024.

Shareholders wishing to amend their participation in the Dividend Investment Scheme must submit their instruction to the Scheme Administrator, The City Partnership (UK) Limited, by no later than 22 May 2024.
