International Greetings PLC11 January 2007 Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, International Greetings PLC ("International Greetings") confirms that its issued share capital comprises 46,330,208 ordinary shares of 5p each. All of the ordinary shares have equal voting rights, and none of the ordinary shares is held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in InternationalGreetings is therefore 46,330,208. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculationsby which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of International Greetings under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
