Further to the announcement dated 13 March 2014, the Company confirms that a Free Share Award has been made to all UK employees to the value of £3,600 on 30 July 2014. Following this award, the interests of Richard Parris and Andrew Walker in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") are as follows:

* The interests of Richard Parris include those of Jayne Murphy, a connected person.
