Share Award

On 1 September 2015, a free unit award equivalent to 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Free Units") was granted to Rob Chandhok, Non-Executive Director of Intercede. The Free Units will vest on 30 June 2018, subject to Mr. Chandhok remaining a member of the Board at this date.

The award was made under the existing Intercede MyID Inc. Unit Incentive Plan, further details of which are set out in note 15 of the Intercede Group plc 2015 Annual Report & Accounts.
