Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, announces that on 17 July 2017 Chuck Pol, Non-Executive Director of the Company and Helen Adams, Chief Sales Officer of the Company, purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 55 pence per Ordinary Share as follows (the "Purchase"):

The Ordinary Shares were purchased out of treasury. The Company advises that, following the Purchase, the Company's issued share capital is 49,903,143 Ordinary Shares (including 41,645 Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares). Therefore the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 49,861,498.
The above figure of 49,861,498 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
