Intercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, was notified on 13 October 2022 that Nitil Patel, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 15,480 ordinary shares of 1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr Patel has a shareholding of 15,480 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
