Intercede Group PLC31 March 2006 31 MARCH 2006 INTERCEDE GROUP PLC BOARD CHANGES Intercede Group plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointedJacques Tredoux as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 31March 2006. Jacques Tredoux, aged 42, is the Chief Executive of Tredoux Capital Limited, acompany authorised by the Financial Services Authority to provide corporatefinance advisory services. Prior to establishing Tredoux Capital Limited, Jacques was the Chief ExecutiveOfficer of the Credo Group (UK) Limited, a group of companies in London thatprovides wealth management services. Members of the Credo Group have providedcorporate finance and fundraising assistance to the Company since prior to itsadmission to AIM. Jacques remains a director of Credo Group Holdings Limited. Jacques Tredoux qualified as a lawyer in 1988 in South Africa, and practised atEdward Nathan & Friedland Inc and Clifford Chance. Following the appointment of Jacques Tredoux, the Company also announces thatGreg Roediger has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company.
