1) The self-invested personal pension of Richard Parris, Chairman & Chief Executive, has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company; and
2) Andrew Walker, Finance Director, has sold 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in response to institutional demand and in connection with a house move.
