Contract Orders and Renewals

Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, today announces further contract orders and renewals, of more than, in aggregate, $1.3m in value.

Intercede is pleased to confirm the following orders and renewals:

· Department of State (DoS) order for MyID CMS, totalling c.$0.74m in licence sales and associated support and maintenance;

· enhanced professional services order, of more than $0.18m, to assist in an upgrade to a newer version of MyID CMS as well as ongoing operational support;

· a licence order and support and maintenance renewal with a large defence contractor in excess of $0.36m; and

· a professional services order from a large US aerospace and defence manufacturer totalling c$0.05m.

These orders and renewals, received via our partners, further underpin the Group's revenue for FY25 and contracted revenue backlog for future years.
