Contract and Renewals Orders

Intercede, a cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, is pleased to announce that the Group has secured the following contract and renewal orders:

· New licence order for MyID CMS from a large existing Federal Agency client;

· New 3- year licence order for MyID MFA from a global aluminium producer in the Middle East;

· Renewal of Support and Maintenance contract with a major US Defence and Aerospace manufacturer; and

· 3-year renewal of Support and Maintenance contract with an agency within the Department of Transportation in the US.

These orders, with an aggregate contract value in excess of $2m, underpin the Group's revenue forecasts for FY24, creating contracted revenue backlog for FY25 and FY26 as well as further enhancing recurring revenue KPI's.
