Additional Listing, Directors Dealing and Total Voting Rights
The Company announces that on 30 November 2010, certain employees and a director of the Company exercised options over a total of 187,000 Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 December 2010.
Andrew Walker, Finance Director, exercised options over 128,150 Ordinary Shares at 47.0p per share. Andrew is now interested in 1,376,227 Ordinary Shares representing 2.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 48,365,005 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares'), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 48,365,005 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
