TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August 2023:

Highest price paid per share: | 654.00p |
Lowest price paid per share: | 634.50p |
Volume weighted average price paid per share: | 642.70p |
IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 396,144,721.
Since 2 August 2023, IG Group has purchased 8,965,314 shares at a cost of £60,051,766.16 (excluding fees and taxes).
