KP Renewables PLC08 November 2007 KP Renewables plc ("KPR" or the "Company") Payment of Creditors under CVA The Directors of KPR, announce that the Supervisor of KPR's Company Voluntary Agreement ("CVA") has now reached agreement with all Company creditors who have proved in the CVA. Pursuant to the CVA, the Company has approved the payment of monies owing to the creditors, being £23,603.08, and the allotment of 832,127 new ordinary shares of 1p par value in the Company (the "New Shares"). The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company. Application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 14 November 2007. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be increased to 84,661,610 ordinary shares.
