("IGas" or "the Company")
Board Changes
IGas is pleased to announce the following Board changes effective immediately.
Chris Hopkinson has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company. Chris joined IGas in January 2022 and, since September 2022, has been the Interim Executive Chairman.
Philip Jackson has been appointed as Non-executive Chairman. Philip has been a Non-executive Director of IGas since 2017, when he was appointed by Kerogen Capital following the successful completion of the refinancing of the Company at the time. Philip has no remaining affiliation with Kerogen Capital and is no longer considered as a nominee director pursuant to the Relationship Agreement with IGas.
Kerogen continues to reserve its right to appoint up to two directors to the Board of IGas.
Chris Hopkinson commented:
