Block Listing Application

The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 400,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The purpose of the block listing is to satisfy the issue of shares under a salary sacrifice scheme.

The Shares are expected to be admitted to trading subsequent to 8:00am on 22 December 2020. Any Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
