In compliance with paragraph 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules the Company now confirms the following information in relation to Mr Peter Priestley, who was appointed a Non-Executive Director of IFG on 30 March 2010. This is in addition to the information already disclosed to the Irish Stock Exchange.
