Circular posted to Shareholders
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 9 December 2009 concerning the Acquisition of James Hay Holdings IFG announces that it is today posting a Circular to its Shareholders convening an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on 4 January 2010 at 11.00 a.m. at the Radisson Hotel, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4, Ireland (the "EGM").
Resolutions will be proposed at the EGM to approve the Acquisition and the Placing and Open Offer.
The Circular will shortly be available the Company's website, www.ifggroup.ie, or can be inspected at the Company's registered office at IFG House, Booterstown Hall, Booterstown Co Dublin.
