Changes to the Board of Directors

IFG announces that further to the sale of the International division, Mr Declan Kenny has stepped down from the Board of the Company.

As previously announced Mr John Lawrie and Mr John Rowan did not present themselves for re-election as directors at the Company's AGM which took place on 27 June 2012.

IFG would like to express its thanks and appreciation to all three Directors for their contributions and years of service to the Company.
