CEO resignation
IFG Group plc announces that Mark Bourke, Group Chief Executive who has been with the Company for 13 years will leave the Group in April 2014 to take up an external role.
The company has commenced a recruitment process for a new CEO. Mark will remain in his role until the end of April to facilitate an efficient transition period, after which he will move to his new position.
IFG has made a number of significant key appointments in recent months, in particular John Cotter, Group Finance Director, and, David Edwards, Chief Risk Officer.
The Company is in a strong position with positive growth in the core businesses of James Hay, Saunderson House and IFG Ireland.
The Board wishes to extend its thanks to Mark for the valuable contribution he has made to the Group.
