Board Changes

IFG Group plc announces the following Board and Board Committee changes, approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held 24th August 2016:

· Evelyn Bourke stepped down with immediate effect from the Board and her roles as Chair of the Risk Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee.

· Kathryn Purves was appointed to replace Evelyn as Chair of the Risk Committee. Kathryn was co-opted to the Board on 17th May 2016, having been Chief Risk Officer of Partnership Life Insurance, the FTSE small-cap life insurance company. She is also a member of the Risk Committee of Intermediate Capital Group plc, the FTSE 250 specialist asset manager.

· Cara Ryan was appointed to replace Evelyn on the Remuneration Committee. Cara has been a member of the Board since February 2013 and serves as a member on the Audit and Nomination Committees.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Evelyn Bourke for her contribution and years of service to the Company.
