Board Appointment

IFG Group plc is pleased to announce that at the meeting of the Directors yesterday, 10th December 2013, John Cotter, FCA (age 46) was co-opted to the Board.

John has significant experience of UK Financial Services having held senior positions in finance and operations. His previous roles have included Group Finance Director & Chief Risk Officer at Collins Stewart Hawkpoint plc, Chief Operating Officer (Global Business Unit Control) at the Royal Bank of Scotland, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited. John is a Chartered Accountant.

Mr Cotter was a director of Collins Stewart Hawkpoint plc until March 2012.
