Director/PDMR shareholding
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a leading digitally focused UK beauty brand developer, announces that it was notified on 14 September 2021, Mark Ward, Non-executive Director has purchased 223,133 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 40.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mark Ward now holds a total of 4,672,277 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 17.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
