InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces, it was notified on 24 April 2019 that Kieran Callan, Chief Executive Officer has purchased 4,800 Ordinary Shares at a price of 97 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Kieran Callan now holds a total of 15,800 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
