Directorate Changes

InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life science products, today announces that Kieran Callan has stepped down as Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Group with immediate effect, by mutual agreement with the Board. Kieran will continue to be available until 31 August 2020 for any handover and to assist the Board in any relevant matters.

The Group has commenced a formal process for the identification and appointment of a new CEO and will provide updates, as appropriate, in due course. In the meantime, Joe Bayer will serve as Interim CEO as well as Executive Chairman.

In addition, InnovaDerma announces that Warren Dockary, currently Group Financial Controller has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and will report to the Board. Warren is a Chartered Accountant and has been with the business since November 2018. He is a graduate from Massey University in New Zealand and has held senior finance roles in the consumer products and logistics industries.
