Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and Notice of 2016 Annual General Meeting
Following the announcement on 29 March 2016 of its financial results for the year ended 31 December 2015, Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on Friday 15th April 2016 it posted its Annual Report and Accounts 2015 including the notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Company also announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at the Hilton London Tower Bridge, 5 More London Place, Tooley Street, London, SE1 2BY on Monday 9th May 2016 at 11.00am BST. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and the Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.idhcorp.com. They have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
Copies of those documents, together with a form of proxy for use in connection with the 2016 Annual General Meeting, were posted on Friday 15th April 2016 and made available to the Company's shareholders.
