Annual General Meeting
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc ("the Company"), a leading producer of diagnostic testing kits for the clinical and research markets, held its annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today.

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that shareholders approved all resolutions proposed at the Company's AGM.

At the meeting, David Evans, the Company's Chairman, announced that trading for the Company continues to be in-line with management expectations and that it remains optimistic for the outcome for the financial year as a whole to 31 March 2010.
