AGM Statement

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("the Company" or "the Group"), a leading producer of manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, will today hold its Annual General Meeting at 2pm at its registered office at 10 Didcot Way, Boldon Business Park, Boldon, Tyne & Wear, NE35 9PD.

At the meeting, Chairman, Dr. Anthony Martin, will make the following statement to shareholders.

"The Board is pleased to report that the Group has had an encouraging start to this financial year with financial performance in line with management expectations. We believe that the strategy we have to return the Group to growth is beginning to gain traction and the Board remains confident about the Company's future prospects."
