Application has today been made to AIM for admission of 90,970 new Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have today been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.
Admission is expected to become effective on 3 September 2013. Following admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have 29,006,331 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in issue.
