Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing 

Application has today been made to AIM for admission of 109,030 new Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, have today been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved and Unapproved Share Option Schemes.

Admission is expected to become effective on 24 December 2013. Following admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have 29,126,915 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in issue.
