Application has today been made to AIM for admission of 8,345 new Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Shares"). These Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options granted in 2004, under a bespoke share option agreement.
Admission is expected to become effective on 12 January 2015. Following admission to trading of the Shares, the Company will have 29,215,175 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in issue.
